We want you to love your Grüns items as much as your daily routine; if you are not completely satisfied, we offer 30-day returns on all unworn and unwashed apparel. Please ensure all original tags are attached to be eligible for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the pre-paid shipping label provided via email.

• 3.
  Pack Your Items

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging and attach the shipping label to the outside of the parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Drop the package at any authorized carrier location; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
